We became a State Certified Drinking Water Lab in 2003.
The Certifying Authority is the Georgia State Environmental Protection Division (EPD).
We are certified for Presence / Absence testing of coliform bacteria in drinking water. Our Primary Method is the Colilert test manufactured by IDEXX. Our Secondary Method is the HACH P/A test.
Using the Colilert Method we can produce analysis results using a 24 hour test with not only total coliform, but fecal coliform results as well.
